Physiotherapy in Waterloo
Assessment and treatment for injury, posture and movement health.

Restore movement and motor patterns
Physiotherapy is treatment to restore, maintain, and optimize a patient’s mobility, function, and well-being. Physiotherapy helps through physical rehabilitation, injury prevention, and health and fitness.
Pursue physiotherapy if you have an injury, or chronic pain that affects your daily function, physical activity or quality of life. Physiotherapy is also an essential part of preparation for surgery as well as post-operative recovery. Physiotherapy treatments can include a combination of manual therapy, exercise prescription, education, activity modification and dry needling.
Our physiotherapist also treats clients with pelvic floor conditions or symptoms including prolapse, incontinence, tailbone pain, bowel or bladder urgency, and pelvic pain. Pelvic floor physiotherapy is also used to help a pregnant woman prepare for birth and delivery, and to recover to her prenatal health status following delivery.
