Registered Massage Therapy
The benefits of massage have been known and used for thousands of years. Whether healing from an injury, training for competitive athletics, or anything in between, different massage techniques can help. Registered Massage Therapy uses hands-on manipulation to treat soft tissues (muscles, tendons, connective tissue, and ligaments) and joints to try to optimize health.
